How many people can the cars take?
All our cars can carry up to four passengers.

What is included in the Wedding Car Service?
Our experienced chauffeur will collect you and take you to your wedding ceremony and will be available to take you to your reception.  We will supply a complimentary bottle of champagne for you to enjoy on your way to the reception and will liaise with your photographer to ensure that your choice of car plays a special part in your wedding photographs.  It will be our pleasure to take any special route to your wedding ceremony and will take our time to make sure that everything goes to plan.

We’re not getting married in a church, can we still hire your cars?  If yours is not a church or registry office wedding and are planning on getting married and holding your reception in one venue, you can certainly hire our cars.  We can collect the bride and one or two passengers for a short trip whilst the rest of your party prepare themselves in the ceremony room at your wedding venue.  The bride can then arrive in style and make her entrance.  After the ceremony, whilst your guests move to the reception area, the newly married couple can take some time to themselves during a romantic trip, enjoy a private, complimentary,  glass of champagne and perhaps arrange to meet their photographer in a special location.

Can I choose the colour of the ribbons?
We supply ivory ribbons and silk flowers as standard but can match the ribbons and flowers to your colour scheme.

Can I choose the colour of the car?
We have two cars, a Rolls Royce Silver Spirit II and a Mercedes-Benz S Class limousine.  The Rolls Royce and Mercedes-Benz are a beautiful Royal blue.  The rich hues of dark blue look exquisite in photographs and are favoured by professional photographers as it shows the contrast between the traditional bridal outfits and the Royal blue.  All cars have leather interiors.

Do you supply flowers?
We supply a charming ivory silk flower arrangement.  However, we can arrange for fresh flowers, at an agreed fee, or we can liaise with your florist.  However, in our experience, fresh flowers wilt on a hot day but we are more than happy to work with you and your florist.

Can we view the cars before we decide to book?
We are a family company and we pride ourselves on our personal service.  Therefore, you are welcome to view the cars and join us for coffee and biscuits at our home on the edge of the Great Fen Project in Ramsey Heights.

Do you book more than one wedding on one day?
Our wedding car service is exclusive.  The car is exclusively yours for the entire length of your booking.  We do not take more than one booking per day per car.

What if your car broke down on the day?
It is unlikely that we will be unable to supply the car on your special day as we have a very high standard of maintenance.  However, breakdowns do sometime happen and we will endeavour to supply a suitable replacement.  We have a number of cars at our disposal so we won’t leave you alone on your special day!

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask you to make a deposit to secure your booking.  If you need to cancel your booking we will refund the full amount if it’s 90 days prior to the date.  However, if you need to cancel after 90 days, the balance will be payable unless we are able to confirm a booking with another client.  Don’t worry if you need to change the date as we’ll be more than happy to check the diary and try and re-arrange your booking.

What areas do you cover?
We cover Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Rutland and South Lincolnshire.  However, please contact us if you are outside this area as we may be able to help you.

Do you have a price list?
No.  We like to tailor our bookings to the individual’s requirements.  The cost will be based on the distance, number of journeys required, day of the week, etc.  When all the details have been discussed, we will provide a quotation.
